GENERAL CONDITIONS
VILLA NAVALIA can accommodate up to 12 guests in 2 Luxury big size Apartments. Each is 120m2 total size with a terrace.
- Each Apartment has 3 FREE private parking spaces.
- Check in is after 15:00h.
- You need to let the property know what time you’ll be arriving in advance.
- Check out is before 10:00h.
- Cancellation policy: Confirmed reservations are non-refundable.
- Final cleaning is included in the base rate.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Refundable damage deposit
A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
- Children & Beds
Children of all ages are welcome.
Cribs and extra beds is available at this property at request and extra costs.
- No age restriction
There’s no age requirement for check-in
